ALCOHOL SALES TERMS

These Alcohol Sales Terms govern the purchase and delivery of alcoholic beverages on SmartForGift.com. By placing an order that includes alcoholic products, you agree to the following conditions:

1. LEGAL DRINKING AGE
1.1. By purchasing alcoholic beverages, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age (at least 18 years in Slovakia or the minimum legal age in your country).
1.2. Alcoholic products will not be sold to individuals under the legal drinking age. We reserve the right to request a valid ID at the time of delivery.
2. DELIVERY OF ALCOHOL
2.1. Alcohol is shipped only within Slovakia and European Union countries where such delivery is legal.
2.2. Delivery will be refused if the recipient cannot provide valid identification upon request.
2.3. Alcohol cannot be delivered to parcel lockers or unattended delivery points.
3. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
3.1. Alcoholic beverages are subject to the statutory right of withdrawal unless a specific legal exception applies. An exception applies, for example, to certain alcohol contracts where the price depends on market fluctuations outside our control and delivery can take place only after 30 days.
3.2. Opened, consumed or materially altered products may have a reduced refund value where handling exceeds what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics. This does not limit rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods.
3.3. For damage, defects or incorrect delivery, contact us promptly with the order number and photographs where reasonably possible. A request to report transport damage within 48 hours does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
3.4. All withdrawals and refunds are handled under our Returns Policy and applicable law.
4. RESPONSIBLE CONSUMPTION
4.1. We support responsible drinking. Excessive or abusive consumption of alcohol is discouraged.
4.2. It is your responsibility to comply with your country’s local laws regarding alcohol consumption and import.
5. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
5.1. We are not liable for any legal consequences, fines, or penalties incurred as a result of alcohol purchases or shipments made in violation of local regulations.
5.2. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected to be in breach of applicable alcohol laws.
