Welcome to SmartForGift.com. These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) govern your purchase of products through our website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. ORDERING PROCESS
2.1. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
2.2. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. The contract is only concluded when you receive a shipping confirmation.
2.3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
3.1. All prices are listed in EUR. BioSib s. r. o. is not registered for VAT.
3.2. Shipping fees are displayed before completing the purchase.
3.3. Payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other methods offered at checkout.
4. DELIVERY
4.1. We deliver within Slovakia, across Europe and to selected international destinations. Availability, methods and charges depend on the destination and order contents.
4.2. Shipping costs and available methods are shown at checkout. Eligible orders receive free shipping from EUR 110 based on the merchandise subtotal before discounts.
4.3. Processing and delivery periods are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, public holidays or events outside our reasonable control.

5. RETURNS, WITHDRAWAL AND DEFECTIVE GOODS
5.1. Consumers may withdraw from an eligible online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days from receipt of the goods. Statutory exceptions apply. The procedure, return costs, refund rules and model withdrawal form are set out in our Returns Policy.
5.2. Customers should notify us promptly of goods that are damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied or not as described. A request to report transport damage within 48 hours does not limit mandatory consumer rights or the applicable legal guarantee.
5.3. Refunds and remedies are processed in accordance with applicable law and our Returns Policy.
6. LIABILITY
6.1. SmartForGift.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to product use.
6.2. We guarantee compliance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.
7. SALES OF ALCOHOLIC PRODUCTS
7.1. By purchasing alcoholic beverages, you confirm that you are over the legal drinking age (18 years in Slovakia or as applicable in your country).
7.2. Alcohol is shipped only within Slovakia and EU countries where legal.
7.3. Proof of age may be required upon delivery. Delivery will be refused without valid identification.
7.4. Alcoholic products are not returnable except in case of defect or damage.
8. FINAL PROVISIONS
8.1. These Terms are governed by Slovak law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Slovak Republic.
8.2. We reserve the right to amend these Terms. The latest version will always be available at Terms and Conditions.
