This document is a public offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”) for any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) to enter into a purchase agreement with Smartforgift under the terms set forth herein. Acceptance of this Offer shall be considered binding under applicable law.
By placing an order on our website, the Buyer agrees to the terms of this Public Offer Agreement.
Subject of the Agreement
We agree to sell, and the Buyer agrees to purchase, products available on the Smartforgift website, as per the product listings, descriptions, and terms of sale.
Order Placement and Processing
The Buyer places an order by selecting a product and submitting their details through the website’s checkout process.
The order is considered accepted when confirmed via email or phone by Smartforgift.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order in case of incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Pricing and Payment
Payment can be made using secure payment methods provided at checkout.
Orders will only be processed upon receipt of full payment.
Shipping and Delivery
Products are shipped to the address provided by the Buyer.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on location and shipping method.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer upon delivery.
Returns and Refunds
Consumers may withdraw from an eligible online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days from receipt of the goods, subject to statutory exceptions.
After notifying us of withdrawal, the customer must return the goods within 14 days to the address provided in our return instructions. Direct return costs are borne by the customer for a standard withdrawal.
Refunds include the least expensive standard outbound delivery cost and are handled in accordance with applicable law. No restocking fee is charged.

Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.
